Just a technical question here ... specifically about gay males and sex. Do gay guys used enemas often so if and when they "do what they do", there's not a lot of "mess" involved?
I don't want to be too graphic, but if you've read this far I think you know what I mean ... is that "mess" just a part of it that gay guys have to deal with, "heat-of-the-moment" style, or would that just be bad hygiene and or planning? I would imagine it would take the romance right out of it, but I wouldn't know.

I mean, any porn movies I've ever seen involving men and women or whatever, and the "mess" part never comes up. Is it that clean in real life?

Yeah, yeah, professor, I wasn't intentionally trying to single out and / or make a blanket statement about gay men ... it's just that if the term "anal sex" comes up, it's "Brokeback Mountain" that comes to mind ... that's all.

Both men and women have anuses, and both use them for sexual purposes. There are methods to keeping anal sex rather clean, regardless of the sex of the penetrated. Some use enemas or related ways of washing. Others determine a diet that keeps fecal material more dense so that it doesn't create mess or smell. Still others just come to know when it's probably an okay time to go for it and when it's probably not.

Well, remember that gay sex is just anal sex. Enemas aren't always necessary, no. In my case, I have had anal sex and it's never been NOT clean. I mean, of course we both have to shower afterwards; but in terms of the "mess" you're implying, no, there never has been. I've never had an enema, either. Either I'm just really lucky or I take care of myself, I don't know.
I think enemas are more of a fetish than a necessity when it comes to anal sex, really. I mean, unless there are some bowel problems to begin with...

If a guy is going out for sex or if he is planning on getting sexually active with his sig. other, a guy will use some sort of enema device to clean out the rectal "holding area" of fecal matter.
Most younger guys do not have the problems of the older guys...i.e. soft stool...so that if some is still in the rectal area, often nothing gets on the entering penis as the stool is hard and firm. Perhaps this is why gay guys are really into oral sex as that way they do not meet up with any surprises. You think?

Sex is messy regardless of your sexuality, there are always bodily excretions to take into account. I've found that keeping wet ones handy helps.
And if you've got a partner who you trust and who trusts you, no matter how messy things get, it's not going to kill the romance.

This is easy yes gay men do douche, we cut down our eating on friday morning so our bowels have a chance to clean out drink alot of water and douche before going out to the club, being a good little gay boy scout you must allways be prepaired. and no we dont like a mess either, but gay male sex isnt all about anal theres alot more two men can do together you would be suprized

well, messy is gross, and it's customary for clean people who are of any type or sexual orientation to be fresh before any type of intercourse. just like women like to be fresh before intercourse, especially if she is menstruating.
