I think its a team but then why do most of the Coaches get fired if they failed to make it?

It must be Jesus' fault. If everyone thanks him when they win, he must be at fault when the team loses.

The player are the main ones to blame. The coaches have to take some of the blame also.

it depends if the coach had great plays but the qb couldnt throw...its the qb fault or if the pass always goes straight to the reciever but he cant catch it....its the recievers fault or the everytime the rb gets the ball he fumbles....its the rbs fault or even if the defense sucks or the o line is horrible at blocking but overall its u win as a team and u lose as a team there is no one persons fault for the loss

Everyone. Its a team game. Not one person got them there. Coaches get fired if they dont get there because there system is not working. You also have to change the roster when a coach gets fired.

Management. Ultimately they put the team together. Even so it's based on expectations. You cannot expect, say, Houston to make the playoffs this season. If they do, great. If not, hey, cut them some slack in the first post-Carr era season.
