I was married for 9 years. When we arrived to US, he let me for his first wife. He didn't want to get me the sign to finish the legal process because he told me he didn't want to let me go.

If you aren't divorced from him, get a divorce. He is a player. He will just break your heart. Let her have him, he will cheat on her again.

So he left you for his first wife and he won't sign the divorce papers because he doesn't want to let you go ?!?!?!

There's alot of ways to get a divorce without his signature. He doesn't want to let you go because if it doesn't work out with his first wife he will be crawling back to you..Don't contact your husband....Seek legal counsel specially if there are kids involve. Get on with your life and don't let him back into yours.

Is he and Ex? then theew is no need to talk to him if you are still married.... finish the legal process......get a divorce sounds like he is just more trouble, Talk as little as necessary to him to avoid fights.

contact him and get a divorce straight away .... all he's trying to do is own you and stop you from moving on (without the divorce you can't)...if he say's no take the loser to court and they will make him ... do it now so that you can move on and start you life again

I AM NOT SURE WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. WHAT LEGAL PROCESS...A DIVORCE HE NEVER GOT. YOU CAN FILE ON YOUR OWN...JUST TELL THE LAWYER AND JUDGE THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW WHERE HE IS AND IT WILL GO THRU ANYWAY. YOU DON'T NEED HIS PERMISSION TO GET A DIVORCE...GO GET A LAWYER SO YOU WILL KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.

If he didn't really want to let you go, he would be contacting you, honey. Kick him to the curb and move on.

let it go. just divorce him and make it final., if you've been without him this long, then you can continue on without him. let her deal with the heartache and pain and you just move on.

to hell with what he wants. what about what irene wants and needs??
