I know f... all. = I know nothing.
I'm doing f... all. = I'm doing nothing.
You mean f... all to me. = You mean nothing to me.

I think he was just having a bad day. But what a mean thing to say! I would try calling/texting or communicating with him some way a day or 2 after this conversation. And I think it meant just at the moment. And if he is still in the temper then try talking to him face to face to get a real answer out of him. The only way you'll find out is through communication. If you leave things the way they are, you might regret it the rest of your life.

It means "nothing" Overe here in the Uk, it often gets abbreviated to Sweet FA, or even Sweet Fanny Adams. Hope this helps.

It's a phrase that indicates exasperation - a feeling that one can't really do anything about a troubling situation. It's kind of like saying "oh well, whatever" or "shi* happens" or something like that.
