It takes time.
First you have to do more work on your site called Search Engine Optimisation.
Enter your site address into the following and you will see what I mean:
http://www.submitexpress.com/analyzer/
You can be lucky and be indexed quickly but sometimes it can take months.
Try to get some links from other similar sites that are indexed.
You need to promote your site and get people visiting it and linking to it.

If u wanna rank top on google buy your own domain & space for hosting.
1.Work on w3 standards.
2.Be clear wit ur tital tags & tital names u wil b giving on each page of urs.
3.Enter proper Meta Tags , releated key words of ur subject.
4.Use ur company name repeted on the pages & use it as many times u can use it.
5.Still if u dont get the ranking high then pay the bill of GOOGLE for top ranking.
