There're surgical penile reduction methods available...but these do involve a certain amount of risks, e.g. the penile nerves might be damaged, and impotency might result.
As for natural remedies, I don't think there're any such methods currently. What you can do is to allow your girlfriend to be on top, so she can control the depth and extent of your thrusts. Try out various positions, and come up with a language between the 2 of you, so that she can indicate to you when you're too deep inside her. This is important, as it is easy to lose track of your thrusts in the heat of the passionate moments. Also, ensure that sufficient water-based lube is on hand to help ease the passage of your penis into her. It's important to go at her pace, until she's sufficiently aroused and ready for deeper penetration and thrusting.
There's really no fixed and fast rules as to how best to do this. Trust is very important, as with all couples. You sound like someone who genuinely care for your girlfriend. Establish a common language in love making, and you should be able to work out what works best for the both of you.

Try letting your girlfriend get on top. That will allow her to control the depth of penetration.
If that doesn't work, you might have to use a cushioned penis ring an inch or more thick to limit penetration.
Personally, I have my doubts about the legitimacy of your question. Never in my life have I heard of a guy wanting his penis to be shorter.

I don't think so, short of some very drastic and risky surgery. You could try reducing your sexual excitement so you don't get as hard during sex.
The best solution is probably going very slowly with your girlfriend, making sure she's completely ready, and favouring sex positions that don't let you penetrate too deeply (e.g. spooning - reference below.)

most guys would kill to be so unfortunate as you. Just look at the 6 dozen questions a day about "Is my wee wee to small" etc. etc.
Try different positions and take smaller strokes. Just cause ya got the whole pepperonni doesn't mean you have to bury it everytime.
