It certainly helped my decision to buy my Mitsubishi Colt to know that Jeremy Clarkson is fond of it and gave it the highest rating in his car buying guide.
So, yes. I guess I have.
For those who don't know Jeremy Clarkson: He is a very popular motor journalist with his own TV-show in Britain whose hilarious car documentaries even my wife likes and wants to see. He is also popular in New Zealand, and his opinion is sacred among petrolheads in those countries.
