No, money is not the greatest power of them all.
Look at the ancient Romans, they had money and political power, however they became week physically and for that reason the roman empire ended.
There was so much hunger in Rome that the very wealthy when at the Coliseum witnessing the killings by the gladiators would shout Give us the meat.
They were referring to human meet.
Man physical power is the greatest power of them all.

Hhhmmm, nice question. I disagree. Money by itself cannot give you power. It is what money can provide to you that can give you power. This can be in the form of blackmailing others to get what you want. You have power to control others and get what is humanely possible for you to get. However, this is based on the assumption that everybody likes money which is untrue. Therefore, it cannot give you ultimate power. The way I believe to power is the ability to control others by speech based on the principal that money makes others feel good so they will listen to you. Alternatively, speech can make others feel good and therefore listen to you giving you power. Of course not everyone will listen to you but its the closest given current technology (no mind control).

No. Money is just powerful because people wants it to be. See if they aren't greedy enough to want everythign else for themselves then money would still remain what it is, a piece of colored paper.
I think the most powerful of them all is the will of a person. It dictates what already happened, what is happening and what will happen.
So there. My answer is no. Its will.
