you are actually not waking up early. For an adult and teenager the hours of sleep they should get per night is between 7 and 9 hours. How much you need depends on you body (I personally need 8 hours). So when you go to bed at 11 and wake up at 9:30 you slept 10.5 hours. That means you got enough sleep and you body tells you this by waking up. Is there a specific reason why you think you need to sleep longer?

9:30 is not early. You are in the wrong section. Try getting up at 4 or 5:30 in the morning for feedings

hey beautiful

you could be getting used to the times and waking up at that time.. i went through a time where i couldnt slleep and kept waking up early and i got used to it and stayed for a very long time waking up at 6:30am.. try to sleep earlier and wake up earlier so that you would get useed to a new time that suits you more..

wishing you the best
