You need to wise up. Any amount of cocaine is dangerous, pacemaker or not.
I've known of people who drop over after one line, first timers and others drop who have been at it for years.
Why gamble with your life and sadden those around you? Take some responsibility for your actions and get yourself straightened out with some good help from a professional. You'll be glad you did and so will everyone else.
