Alcohol should be illegal! It is the cause of ruined relationships, health problems, and drunk drivers, which can kill innocent people! Beer sucks. Whoever invented it clearly wasn't thinking about what damage it can do.

a really long time ago....around the 1930's or so I think, women in towns got together and protested against beer and alcohol because husbands would be coming home drunk, and they were useless. I'm not sure that it was banned in all of the US, but either that, or in many places it was. Now it is not, and when I mentioned that it should be.(we were in a class)..all the guys would just go....NO! Of course not!
And we're not even in HS yet! Beer I know is for girls and guys, but none the less, for most of the guys in my class, for some reason they protested against beer being illegal, which made me think that it gives them some sort of confidence!
Yes, I think it should be illegal. Most definetly. It's awful and it's ruined people's lives. there are other drinks you can subsatute for it...tho there is also Liqure, Whissky, and Wine that we have to worry about.
When people drink beer, I'm fine with it as long as they have 1. More than that and I feel uncomfortable around that person.

Yes, it's so aweful, it is basically a drug, people become addicted to it, they act stupid, they can get sick, they can kill people because of it, they can loose there family if the alcohol overtakes there life...yes, it sucks, i agree, make it illegal, but then that sometimes makes people want it even more...how about making there be a limit, like if you have to drink you can only have three a day....they need to sell 3 packs only.....and then if you try to buy more it'll beep letting the cashier know you've already had your 3 for a day...lol....just a thought.

it does suck but think about it when things are illegal people will get it because it is illegal. for some reason people always want what they know they are not allowed to have so it would make the problem even worse and would cause even more horrible things like that to happen

Outlawing drugs hasn't stopped people from using them, making alcohol illegal will not fix the problem either. People will continue to drink or may take up another illegal substance. Putting people in jail for using drugs or drinking is not a cure, it's only a temporary way of dealing with the problem, and another way to overcrowd our already overcrowded jails.

Wrong! If it becomes illegal, like it did in Prohibition, people will still drink and the violence level will soar! Just look at the crime rates of the 1920s.

it is no worse than all the pot heads driving around high hitting people. or any other drug really it is used over seas as an everyday all day beverage cause they can't drink water. people in america myself included are the ignorant ones to over induldge in it. blame the people who use it wrongly not the ones who have a glass before bed .
