how big is the 'pit' at the Darien Lake performing arts center?

i cant find an area labeled 'pit' on any seating charts for the Darien Lake PAC but i have a pit ticket. does anyone kno how big the pit is??? or if i will have to be there very early to be in the very front?

I've been there but I've never heard of the pit area. Most of the seating in Darien Lake is fixed (permanent), and there's room for about four rows of folding chairs in front of the permanent seats. I would guess it goes there.

There are about 10,000 seats, plus a lawn area, so the area in front of the stage is pretty wide.
