What are they and what do they feel like i am unsure please help.

I cant sleep and i have become really tired and emotional well moody in the last 3 1/2 4 months i have done a test and came back negative could i be pregent and i have a pain right across from left to rigt and feels like i have butterflys all the time

Bubbles feel like exactly that! Imagine blowing bubbles from a bubble wand and popping them! Have you ever had a butterfly kiss (eyelashes on skin?). Flutters feel just like this.
You usually won't feel anything until at least 16-18wks preg and most are 20+weeks as baby is just so small and even though they are somersaulting around all day, they aren't strong enough for you to feel it.
Most women are so busy and hectic, we miss the first feelings so take time to relax, use a warm heat pack across your lower abdomen and just lay back and watch TV. It will happen eventually. If you haven't felt anything, mention it to doc at next appt. If you can hear the heartbeat on doppler then everything is fine and you'll feel him/her move soon.

I get them when nervous or the first time I felt my son move. To me it really does feel like butterflies or something just moving around. Like how your tummy feels when you have a rumbly in your tummy but with no feeling of doing #2 and it only last for maybe a min. Good luck hope this helps!

Sounds like you are just a little into the second trimester. My wife described the feeling the same way. Like bubbles moving across your tummy. That's baby movement.

Thats your little one moving around! Some say its like a butterfly fluttering its wings inside you. For me i described it as like a little gold fish swimming inside me. I swear i felt my first flutters at 10 weeks, but not daily til 17 weeks.

well what they are is your baby moving or kicking. they just kinda feel like you need to pass gas but cant..thats what it is is your baby moving.
