No. Not only is the engine off, but your surrounded by trees that take in carbon monoxide and turn it into oxygen.
I suppose you theoretically could get poisoned if the car was completely air tight and you were in there for a few days, in which case you would just breathe all the air in the car, it wouldn't be from the car itself. But you don't have to worry about that either, because there are many vents and holes that let air in and out of the car.

Not unless this is a trick question. The internal combustion engine is what generates the CO. With the engine off and no other source the worst that will happen is you will fog up the windows.

No, the real danger is that when you your girlfriend's top off and start working on the bra, the cops show up and bang on the window. That happened to me. Worse yet, Bigfoot shows up, throws you out of the car, and drives off with your car and your girlfriend. Even worse YET, she opened the door for him.
