Yes, if you have enough evidence. But that may be harder than it
sounds. Those pharmacy folks are a pest to our society, and want
you to be sick rather than well, for the most part. But you will be
ok.

If your doctor gives you a medication, he and the drug store will furnish you with all the possible side affects. more information than you really want. If you read it, then you should understand the risks. If the medication is given to treat something worse than heart disease, why would you sue? If you are a diabetic and are being given Avandia, it is given to help you. If you are concerned about the side affects, get more exercise and control your diet more.
Every medication has a risk. Talk to your doctor about the risks then decide if you want it. If you take the medication knowing the risks, then no, it would be stupid to sue anyone.

With very few exceptions, you can sue anyone for anything. Most are guided by the "deep pocket theory." In other words, sue the one with more money.

Check with the FDA to see if your prescription is on the list of dangerous drugs. There are plenty of law firms specializing in this type of action. They will list any class actions they are involved in on their web site.

If it is not widely established that this drug is causing your condition, you will have difficult time finding representation on a contntingency basis.

No you can't sue your doctor for that usually, BUT, if the pharmaceutical company is misrepresenting the medication, as they did with Vioxx and other medications you might be successful at suing the Pharmaceutical company and we'd all love you for that.

Depends. If it is a known side effect, listed on the warning sheet, then no. If its another 'phen fen' case then maybe.
