Yes, the Sun also rotates around the Milky Galaxy.
The Sun revolves around the center of the Milky Way, making one revolution every 200 to 250 million years. And all its planets go with it.

I believe (though I'm not positive) that the sun has a rotation to it, but I can't say how fast. The sun revolves around the center of the galaxy--very, very slowly-- as all stars in our galaxy do. Other than that it doesn't actually have a point that it moves around to my knowledge.

It rotates about its axis every 34 days at the poles and 25 days at the equator. It also rotates about the center of the galaxy about every 250 million years.

Yes. Our sun and our solar system that orbits it is also in motion around the Milky way Galaxy. We are about 2 thirds the way out in one of the arms of the spiral galaxy and when you look up and see the "milky way"you are looking edgewise through the center of our Galaxy. The next nearest one is Andromeda.

There have been articles detailing how the sun rotates, and even has weather systems, of a sort. I don't remember the speeds in question though.

The sun doesn't move. There's no gravitational pull acting on it.

Nope... it's just a big ball of burning gas and everything moves around it. It just stays there and, well, burns.
