I went to dr this last Tuesday and he said i am about 25% effaced, TMI but I just went to the Bathroom and on the Tp there was snotty looking slime, with a tinge of yellow -- would this just be my cervics thinning out more? thanks!

The yellow discharge could very well be your mucus plug which could also mean labor is not far away. The more your cervix effaces the more mucus you loose.

You will most likely go into labor sometime within the next week or couple of days once you lose your mucus plug, which is what that is that you are having.

it is the mucas plug and you go into labor in a couple of hours or in a couple of days it is fine

This could be you loosing your mucus plug..that means you are getting close :)
