Remember: Age is just a number!
And, if it makes you feel any better ... every woman I've ever talked to about this says their 30's were the BEST years of their lives. Your wiser, more mature, more appreciative, and still young enough to be crazy and have fun. Not to mention the added bonus of knowing that it is a fact that women in their 30's are at their peak "s*xually" ... how can you beat that? =)
Don't worry about things you can't change. Life it too short .. enjoy each year because they do go quicker as you get older. I'm in my 30's and when people ask me my age I simply say ...
"I'm old enough to know better and too young to care!" =)
"Happy Birthday to you" ... enjoy it and be grateful that you're alive and here to celebrate another one!

I would like to start off by wishing you an early Birthday. Turning 30 huh, must be nice. I wouldn't mind being 30 again. Okay words of wisdom. As we continuing our journey through life we get older, age is only a number increasing every year, but our heart and soul gets younger and younger. You still have a long ways to go to complete you journey, live it to the fullest and always believe in yourself, once you start to bring down your self esteem, it will fall just like quicksand it will harder for you believe that your beautiful and young. There will be challenges as you grow older but you'll become more stronger to over see it. Take care and always remember, no matter how old you get, the younger you become, you already feel it, you feel like your only 17, believing in that will make life easier for you.

That's good, don't you think? I mean, it's great to feel like 17 again. I remembers how wonderful it was to be 17.
I'm 22 now but I feel like a hundred years old, so tired and jaded. I wish I could feel like 17 again
