How do you call a person who designs houses and..? (please read)?

Make blueprints of new homes for home builders that way they just build everything where the architect tells them to.

I want to know what do you have to study in order to become that.

The designer of houses is an architect. The person who makes blueprints of house designs for builders is a draftsman. I do not know the coursework to become a draftsman, but it would surely involve passing a licensing examination after one's study is complete.

I believe you would have to be a licensed home builder in your state, then you should be able to read other peoples blueprints and if good enough design your own. Drafting, engineering, woodworking, etc., would be studies to learn. It also would require that you be good in math, both metric and regular.

Do you mean How or What do you call.
If How, look in yellow pages for the telephone no.
If What, you probably mean an Architect.

Drafting is the name of the course needed for this profession. This is offered in several different ways. The most helpful in my opinion would be a vocational school or the like.
