All. Add to it that Jupiter is closer to the sun and absorbs more heat, and has more internal heat (from formation) than Saturn.

Jupiter's atmosphere is mostly made of the simple molecules hydrogen and helium. There is a large amount of sulfur, which combines with some of the hydrogen to form hydrogen sulfide. There is also a large amount of nitrogen, which combines with the hydrogen to form ammonia. Oxygen is also present, which combines with the hydrogen to form water.

The atmosphere of Neptune is very similar to that of Uranus, and unlike that of Saturn and Jupiter. On Jupiter and Saturn, the atmosphere is mostly composed of the simple molecules hydrogen and helium. The atmosphere of Neptune contains a greater percentage of the more complex molecules such as methane gas, ethane gas, acetylene, and diacetylene.

i dont know about the magnetic field but the other 2 are right. jupiter has a strong gravitational pull if thats what you're looking for.

I'd guess 1 & 2.
However because jupiter is closer to the sun:
a. We see more color because the illumination is better. ( Most photos you see are enhanced anyway.)
b. Its atmosphere is warmer, more turbulent, so more deep material gets to the upper layers and more materials are volatile enough to be in vapor form.
