Pretty fast when I get going. It does take me a little while to get into the rhythm of things but after that warming up period, I can go pretty fast.
I remember when computers were still relatively new in homes and my mother caused a computer to crash by typing faster than it could keep up. She just got up and went back to her trusty typewriter and hasn't gone back since. I'm not that fast but I'm pretty fast.

165 words per minute. I'm a fast typer, i had to learn since me and my brother both had to use the computer, so i had to type up papers fast:) its a good skill to use, especially now as im going to be a freshman in college. WOHOO! lol

Normal everyday typing I can type about 70 - 80 words per minute, but the fastest I've typed was about 113 wpm or possibly more. :)

I topped out at 90-something WPM in high school. Now, the last time I was tested a couple years ago, I was down to about 50-something.

usually about 65 or 67...hard to count when you are watching the clock. Used to type 100 wpm.

Now that my fingernails are shorter, I type slower than when they were long....its very weird!
Last time I took a *timed* typing test, I was at 86 wpm, with three errors...:)

When I was in a required computer class I got around 80 and up. It was first thing in the morning so I'm sure that helped...
