Yes, someone signed up and the next day I had 12 violation notices from old resolved questions in my mailbox. Maybe it was a coincidence, but it seemed too risky to keep them.
Also I've blocked about three perverts and around six stalkers.

No, blocking people is just ridiculous. Everybody I've ever seriously thought about blocking - their account gets deleted before I have a chance too.
