Hawaii! Not only is it beautiful, but the place has practically NO bugs. My mom went on vacation there and she saw one bug the entire time. I for one think that is awesome and can imagine what it must be like to sit blissfully on the patio without having to worry about being eaten alive.

Well...it depends on what you like. I, for example, like a lot of variety so the best climate for me would be cold and snowy in the winter and warm and sunny in the summer with a couple of weeks of extremes. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and it is just about perfect for me. The winter is a little too long but otherwise it is wonderful. That said, if you're looking for temperate weather all year long, perhaps check out L.A. or Miami.

It all depends on what you think is the best. If you don´t want to experience winter, you should stay near the Equator line, where all the year temperature doesn´t change too much. If you think the best is not to experience summer, stay near the poles, where not high temperatures are present.
It´s all up to you.
Have a nice day!

In the United States many people say it is San Diego. It is always mild all year long, doesn't rain much, no tornado's or hurricanes. Average high is 77 and average low is 57.
