How can i concentrate on my work?

I am always diverted by thinking abt sex and love.But i want to concentrare in my work .Can any one help me

It's good that you have a strong imagination, because you can take that skill and put it to work for you! Imagine that you have different compartments in your mind. Take those thoughts about sex and love and park them in one of the compartments. Promise yourself that you will visit these thoughts later on. Then choose a goal for your work- a small realistic goal. Work on only that, until you complete that goal. Now reward yourself. Choose another goal, and so on.

Concentration is a learned habit. We try to concentrate- our mind wanders- we bring it back to focus- it wanders. The more practiced we are in bringing the mind back to focus, the better we can concentrate!

Well, take some time to think about sex and love. Then when your mind is clear of all that, you can start working really hard. Takelike 5 minutes to think about what you want to think. Then like do your work. Simple as that.

Isolate yourself as much as possible from everything else. You can concentrate your work maybe in a library, book store or find a quiet place where you don't get distracted easily.

You can;t concentrate on work because you scared you will forget the good thinking and feeling later. so write it down, concentrate on your work and later continue with your dream by reading your thoughts and the story continue..
