Do you ever talk to yourself, then as you are talking begin to disagree with yourself, and as you are disagreeing you begin to argue with yourself, and as you are arguing you begin to fight with yourslef, and as you are fighting you beat yourself up, and after you beat yourself up you wind up in the hospital?

I broke my own arm once when I pushed me down the stairs because I didn't want to go out for another drink.
I though I was being rude and was ignoring myself, so I got really mad at me and over reacted.

I tried to get a restraining order from myself. But then I convinced myself I can change and am sorry and will never do that to myself again.
I scare myself at times.
