The west coast of florida along the gulf. Say from Naples to Tampa has the driest year round climate in florida, but it is still humid most of the year.

Catbarf is right about the Pensacola thing probably, but Florida is not hell. I live in South Florida, and I like it here! But if you live near the beach it is definitely better because you usually have some sort of a breeze. Inland is much hotter and sticky this time of year. Plus there's more bugs. I think up north, like Jacksonville area might be less humid.

That is sort of like asking where the coolest part of hell is. Probably in the NW corner above Pensacola.

there is NO Place in FL that doesn't have high humidity, bugs and sand...
