If she wants to, and considers it a reasonable, appropriate idea...why not? I think men might actually appreciate not having to always be the only ones to put themselves out there for the potential of rejection.
Society seems to frown upon women for being so bold...but I think it's o.k., as long as it's not sexual harassment.

There's a huge difference between a woman coming onto a man and a woman coming on to a man. In any case, a woman should do what she wants.

My husband likes it.
That depends on the situation. I think a woman should be up front about her feelings for a man but it's hard when rejection looms so large over her. The same is true for a man but it is socially more acceptable for him to make the move. No real answer there, I'm afraid.

Most definitely. If you find someone attractive and what you are looking for go for it. From the day I met my husband I knew we would be together. I flirted with him and made him fall in love with me over a course of a year. 7 years later I still do it. Woman should feel confident enough to do it. What is the worst thing a person is going to do? say no. no big deal. move on. Eric was right when he said in theory most women will say they will do it, but don't. So practice makes perfect! Get out and practice making your move!!!!!

I see nothing wrong with it. Sometimes a guy is shy and afraid of rejection, so a woman may have to show she is interested. Why not?

In my opinion, it is more formal for the man to court the woman.

i think when a woman shows a little initiative it can be very sexy....now that doesnt mean lift your skirt or show your boobs, but a little eye contact and flirtation is sometimes all a guy needs to encourage him....i think some women dont realize that any time a guy askes you out he is taking a risk....a gamble on being shot down....try to help us out will ya?

It depends on the man and it depends on the woman.
What gets me is that all these women say yes but in practice it is no.

If she likes him, sure she should. This is the age of awareness and equality, and women should feel free to pursue men, or if it's their preference, to lay back and be pursued. Either way works.

Yes, we have the right to ask out guys and make the first move just like you do. It shouldn't be different. Some guys don't have the guts to make the move. Leave it up to us someof the time..........
