You can try this,, haven’t used it myself but hear it really works.
Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium)
Use Leaves and Flowers
Is an ancient healing herb, very bitter. Used in small quantities it will reinvigorate a sluggish digestive system and is traditional way to deter or eliminate parasites of all sorts, especially roundworm and pinworm. It also changes secretions, making you less of a target for mosquitoes and other biting insects, thus its usefull for travelers who are more vulnerable to unfamiliar infections. Die essential oil has a direct stimulating effect on the central nervous system and can be used with care to treat depression or people who need to remain alert under stress, like students. CULINARY: To bitter food but is the key ingredient in absinthe. In small doses it will wake up and clear a fogged mind, but used to often or to large a dose, giddiness and even seizures. CAUTION: Not recommended for self medication, consult a professional. Not to be used in pregnancy, breastfeeding or by young children.
Peace be within you

There is a new bug repellant made from Geraniol, which is completely natural, it comes from geraniums. They even make little bracelets. They smell like lemons and so far they have worked really well for me.

Weird. No one suggested B vitamins. A strong b vit complex will make mosquitos avoid you. black flies on the other hand come in w/their mouths open.

Try a good smelling dryer sheet tucked in your clothes. Maybe, more than one. I have heard this works. Good luck.
