i'm sorry that so many idiots are answering your question. Now i'll give you some good advice.
Next time he brushes up against you, tackle him to the ground and. If this kid likes you (you will probably kiss!) So try out your moves, and i'm totally here for you. Don't be ashamed that you're bi or gay or whatever it is that you are. Because I'm bi as well and I get judged quite frequently. Some people say "just make up your mind!" But personally, i know that it's hard and I know what your going through.
You might want to try having a conversation about you being "Bi." Maybe this kid will realize he is too.

If he is your best friend and straight, I would let it go. If he is straight, he is not interested in having sex with you. If you try to initiate something sexual with him he could get so uncomfortable about it that you will lose him as your friend.
And, after all, is it the case that you are hopelessly in love with him? If not, why jeopardize your friendship when there are so many other people out there.

if you say anything it might ruin your friendship... and it will definatly make things awekward if he doesnt feel the same way. but if he knows your bi and he is interested chances are he will drop more hints.. let him make the first move and if he doesnt, move on. theres no sence ruining a good friendship, in the future you would probably regret it if it didnt turn out the way you wanted.

Don't even try. I'm sorry that I'm being harsh but you will never seduce him, he is straight! If I were you don't even attempt to make a move on him. The result might end up in you losing a good friend.

It's impossible to seduce a straight person to engage in a homosexual relationship. You can trick 'em, get 'em drunk or use a roofie,; seduction implies a willingness; straight guys are not rump wranglers by definition.
