It depends it can range from move in ready after closing all the way to 30 days.
It's usually better to show your house with most of your stuff packed away. De-clutter your house if you already haven't it will make it that much easier when you do have to pack up and move. Plus square footage sells, you'll get a higher offer if people can see their stuff in your place.

It all depends on the written contract between buyer and seller. Some people request immediate possession and others have no problem with 30 days. Immediate possession is usually a higher offer, so be prepared to negotiate.

This is agreed upon in the sales contract between the buyer & seller. So, basically, you have as long as the buyer will agree to in the contract.

You negotiate that when you accept the offer. Usually it's 3 days.
