I'm not sure... but you would definitely want to be on either the Atlatic Coast (like Miami or Jacksonville) or the Gulf COast (Tampa/St. Pete). That way you get the breeze. Living in Tampa was much more comfortable than living in Orlando or Gainesville which are inland and get no breeze. The summers are extra brutal if you live inland b/c the steamy air just sits there and doesn't move.
