Does omnipotence entail that God can create immovable rocks or square circles? Can an omnipotent God make 2 + 2 = 5?

It literally means "all powerful" - and yes, if taken literally, it would mean that an omnipotent god can do all those things. However...

Omnipotence is the power to do anything and everything at any time. Those thing you mention are human controlled and arranged things, we only see circles round because that is what we have been thought since we were little, same thing goes for 2+2=5,it's something we have all just accepted that is not God made.

Omnipotence means All Knowing. God created the living and non-living things if not practically anything you see in this world is God's creation. Mathematical equation like the given one you made can be answered as 5 by a mortal person and not by an Immortal One.

Omnipotence means the ability to do anything. In the context of something a limiting as God, sure, God can make 2+2=5. But, if God does exist, I don't think it's stupid enough to think that something as universal and logical as numbers, it would be a good idea to change the system. Besides, I don't think God has much to do with Math; Science, yes, but not Math.

Omnipotence is maximal power. Maximal greatness (or perfection) includes omnipotence. According to traditional Western theism, God is maximally great (or perfect), and therefore is omnipotent. Omnipotence seems puzzling, even paradoxical, to many philosophers. They wonder, for example, whether God can create a spherical cube, or make a stone so massive that he cannot move it. Is there a consistent analysis of omnipotence? What are the implications of such an analysis for the nature of God?

Omnipotence means that God can do anything. It does not mean that God will do a thing that will cancel His power. Otherwise, God will not be omnipotent. Much the same as being the champion. If there is another champion then there will be a challenge. After that there could only be one champion.

Limitless physical strength. In respect to creativity the word would be 'omniscientific'. Omnipotence and omniscience together serve each other.

God does not break his own rules.

Reminds me of a hilarious Friends episode I saw:

MONICA: Alright. Phoebe?

PHOEBE: Okay, okay. If I were omnipotent for a day, I would want, um, world peace, no more hunger, good things for the rain-forest...And bigger boobs!

ROSS: Yeah, see.. you took mine. Chandler, what about you?

CHANDLER: Uh, if I were omnipotent for a day, I'd.. make myself omnipotent forever.

RACHEL: See, there's always one guy. "If I had a wish, I'd wish for three more wishes."

ALL: Hey Joey. Hi. Hey, buddy.

MONICA: Hey, Joey, what would you do if you were omnipotent?

JOEY: Probably kill myself!

MONICA: ..Excuse me?

JOEY: Hey, if Little Joey's dead, then I got no reason to live!

ROSS: Joey, uh- OMnipotent.

JOEY: You are? Ross, I'm sorry..

Hehehe. Hope that helps!

with the unlimited power of course he can make that happen he can change our minds to think that but he would really have to be smart to think why 2+2 will equal 5 when it's addition
