how do seagrasses export Nitrogen to its adjoining ecosystems such as corals & mangroves?

Probably indirectly through being grazed on be small creatures which are food for the corals, and which may be eaten and excreted, or die and fall to the bottom in the vicinity of the mangroves.
(Just a guess though).
