my mom disconnected my cell, and i need a new one, i'm 17 and will be 18 next month, so i'm thinking about geting a prepaid cell though alltel, does ne one know if you have to be 18????

You have to be 18 in order to enter into a contract of any type.

well i don't know if alltel has prepaid but if it does then any age. but if it's a contract then you do have to be 18.

I think if it's prepaid the age doesn't matter so much!!
Where age matters is when making a 1-2 year contract!
