I get tired at around 10PM or so, but I can't go to sleep until 1 or 2 out of habit. I dont have to work until 10 usually the next day but I'm sure curious....what time do other pregnant women go to bed??

I have the same thing, ill get tired as early as 10 but I wont go to sleep till around 1. I used to not get even tired till 2-3AM but I guess that all changes when your pregnant. I dont work or hae to get up for school or anything but I always wake up around 9ish.

I generally go to sleep at 11p and I get up around 7:00a. Lately I've been going to bed around 10 or 10:20 and then watching TV. Sometimes I fall asleep at 11p or after some of the news is over.

I know as a pregnant woman you should get more rest, but I'm not that tired yet, so I suppose I'll go to bed earlier when I get there.

Not pregnant, but i generally stay up at least till 12:00 and I have to be at work at 8:00. I'm usually late, too. I love the nighttime and don't want to go to bed. (And I am 50 years old!)

I always stayed up late when I was pregnant. I think its your body getting you ready for whats to come. anywhere between 11pm-1am was normal for me and if I tried to go to sleep any earlier I would be laying awake in the bed for an hour before drifting off or would wake up at 3am and couldn't get back to sleep at all.

Its completely normal, but I tried to go to bed a little earlier each night in the lead up to due date with preg no2 as I found after no1 I had gotten so used to late nights that it took me awhile to get into a normal sleep routine again. And with a newborn you need to sleep as much as you can. Just 10mins earlier every 2nd-3rd night means you can start to get back to a more reasonable bedtime, which is so critical with a newborn. (and you find it easier to go to sleep after bubs is born)

Who goes to bed. Sleep is for loosers. I heard that sleep is a suicide for the week...and i think it's a big scheme made by the sleeping pills manufacturers and blanket and pillow makers to make us waste unnecessary money. we don't really need sleep. it's all an illusion. actually, i'm not here, i'm an illusion too and you are hallucinating 'cause there isn't a person who's stupid enough to write this. sorry to inform you but you better go to a doctor to prescribe you some pills.

sorry...

I often try to go to bed by 11pm or so, but I always wind up waking up for a while in the middle of the night. My sleeping pattern is all kinds of messed up!

anywhere from about 2AM-5AM

Lately I've been trying to go to bed early, to get back on my school schedule, so I'll go to bed around 11:30, but I still can't fall asleep until like 2
