I do, although not as often as I should. When something terrible happens, I get reminded, and pay my thanks specifically. I'm always grateful for my family, I just don't always to remember to be thankful for them. You know how families can be sometimes... But they are the thing in my life I am most thankful for...
And my health is a big one, too. Family is still more important. Sorry if I sound like a broken record!
