Its a "Pillion Passenger" - the term comes from a second rider on a horse.
Regarding high heels, on many bikes they'd be likely to melt on the exhausts - not good.
But if there's clearance for the exhausts, and they provide adequate ankle protection, then why not ?

if there wearing high heels, they arnt thinking safety, they should be wearing a shoe that covers there ankle. Its no wear near hot, its just plain stupid. They will certainly know about it when something happens and they have no ankle. normally the particular term is pillion passenger.

To answer your first question: b-i-t-c-h
To answer your second question: While I enjoy high heels on women, they aren't going to protect your feet and ankles if you get in an accident or the bike goes down. Get some sturdy boots.
"one-up" is a rider only, "two-up" is a rider with a passenger.

There are several I've heard. One of the most common is Pillion. There is another one not nearly as nice, let's just say it rhymes with witch.
The high heel thing, Kind of depends on who is in the heels. Overall however, just not a good idea.

Pillion or passenger. White men don't call women "*****". Heels are hot, as long as they don't end up on the exhaust, the pillion needs to keep her feet on the pegs, anyhow. Sandals or flip flops are forbidden on my bike.

Hey Mary,
Pillion is the polite form (rarely used!)
When I was younger (and reckless) I got onto the back of my mates bike in a mini skirt and heels - You bet I looked hot! You bet I had a two inch burn on the inside of my calf (off the exhaust) you better believe it stung like buggery!!

"Pillion passenger" or "pillion rider" or "pillion."
High heels: NOT.
Wear proper leather boots. Keep your feet on the passenger pegs. Sorry. You'll also need your own full face helmet, leather jacket and pants, and lightweight motorcycle gloves.

the bar you lean back against is called a "***** bar" and the pad you sit on is called a "Puss pad" that should help with question one. Heals look great on any women but if you have to put your foot down you'd better have a good heel and sole. cage drivers like to pull in front of us scooter tramps and try to kill us. nevver know when you have to throw your bike down to save your self or the honey on back

When I ride a passenger it is usually a guy so I don't go with babe. I tell him he is riding ***** and they think it is funny. I ride my own so I don't wear high heels.

I once heard someone say "one up"as a term for passenger.
If you are going to look sexy, might as well wear the mini skirt and high heels.
