They can't be jumpin from lake to lake!
THis question is about evolution, I'm thinking

Many lakes are connected by rivers. If that is not the solution, then I would hypothesize that the lakes used to be connected long ago, and those species of fish haven't done much evolving in the meantime.

Here's a possibility....fish eggs get stuck on birds' feet...bird flies to another lake...fish eggs fall off...baby fish grow up and reproduce in news lake....this mechanism has been observed to occur.

species are also introduced into lakes for fishing that they wouldn't normally be in. usually works but can go wrong.
