Yep, you can do (Did it!)
And yea, it is tough. Real tough.
Get into a four year university, stay a semester or quarter or two, transfer to community college on a leave of absence, come back to university, graduate with great grades and fabulous MCAT, buff your resume, stellar recommendations, and then ... you are just an average applicant ... so get a "hook" - something that makes you stand out (Iwork nights as a male stripper to pay your way through college? Be the world's greatest noseflute player? "noodle" (fish for catfish with your barehands) with high school buddies?). MOST OF ALL - BE YOURSELF IN YOUR CAREER CHOICES - DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT "FAKE" YOUR WAY INTO SOMETHING YOU THINK YOU WANT TO DO FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!!! THAT IS TRULY A PATH TO MISERY AND WEARINESS. So spend some time with some doctors, okay? The ones who really like it are genuine - the others are just over-competitive saps.

If, after doing well at community college, you transfer to a good four-year school and do well, then yes, you can definitely get into medical school. Sorry if this sounds obvious, but I didn't want to imply that you could go to medical straight out of community college. It is tough to get into medical school, but the things worth having in life are never easy. I'm sure you can do it.

Of course you can! You're degree will show the name of the college you transfered to. Make sure you get excellent grades, nail the interview, and study hard for the MCAT. Your science GPA matters a lot, so do good. Getting into medical school is really hard, but if you want it bad enough you'll do it. You live once, so give it a chance! God Bless and Best Wishes!

If you make excellent grades and transfer to a 4 year university and still make excellent grades.
Medical school admissions is very competitive which means you need to have A's in your classes especially your Science ones.
