i have been flying in cheerleading for a while and i had a bow and arrow and scorpion but i broke my humerus and i was uinable to stretch and everything for 9 weeks and i lost both! my scorpion was virtually straight and my bow and arrow went up easy but now i hurts to even try to pull a scorp or bow. i need it for tryouts in september help please!

This is a questions for your doctor just to be sure that you are good to go for serious hard work like cheering.

I am sure the doc will let you know what stretches are okay to do. Hopefully splits will be all right since they help in getting those stunts up.

You can get back into god health. Just start drinking warm water with lemon and local honey ...8ounces every morning,afternoonand evening for 6weeksandyou will be back in good health

oh, i am so sorry. for our flyers, our coaches tell them to stretch more when they lose stutns.but in your case, i would probably just stretch, try not to do a full scorpion, but if you lift you right leg, then hold it up on the side with your right arm, and idk about the arabesque. good luck tho.
