i'm not sure the doctor gave me bc i haven't started taking them yet but he told me to take them at the same time everyday and didn't say anything about the sugar pills other than they are inactive

The sugar pills are just there to help keep you in the habit of taking your pill every day. I don't take them at all.

Just remember that you have to start the active pills on time, being late starting a new pack is one of the leading reasons why the pill can fail to prevent pregnancy.

Lol Yes its okay if you miss a "suga" pill. There is nothing in it. No hormones. I never take my 'suga' pills. :)

yes the sugar pill is just a placebo, it helps you keep in the routine of taking the pill everyday.
