Yes, the first answer here is correct, for jobs at Disneyland, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Tokyo Disneyland, and Hong Kong Disneyland. If you are referring to the Disney Channel, which for some unknown reason I highly suspect, the Disney Channel has Talent Searches occasionally, such as this one last November:

There are NO current Disney Channel Open Calls scheduled.
Currently the casting of the shows on the Disney Channel are being conducted through standard industry procedures.

The page that KayKay gave you is not auditions for the disney channel , it is for DisneyLand .
I advise you to get an agent who will get auditions for you - open auditions for disney don't come up often!

Disney does not post auditions online. Only your agent can submit, when there is a casting call for your type.
