Shad, this poem begs to be a single quatrain...try,
"'Diagnosed with arthritis
makes it hard to write
But, tack on a-pen-disitis
Forces one to type'"
and I'd change "tack" to "on top", so the line reads:
"but on top of a-pen-dicitis" (actual spelling is "appendicitis", but the way you've hyphenated to force the pun into the light, you might as well chop off the extra "p" to make it even more obvious). You might just try and see if others "get it" by making the line,
"but on top of appendicitis". And I'd change the last line to read, "one is forced to type"...it reads more naturally that way.

No, I'm just getting back my memory based my past research work which I once believe that I could recover all my memory if I read as many books as possible. Interesting isn't it ? My experiment works.
