Put a tampon in take some ibprofon and suck it up.
And i dont care if i got two downs. They dont matter.

Yep exercise will help your cramps take an advil or midol and go with it if u r worried about it leaking wear a tampon and a pad or just wear an overnight pad..i like the brand always... good luck

Well. I have had the same problem. With Gym class.
Just slow yourself. STRETCH REALLY WELL. It helps.
Take medications. Excedrin works very well.
And. Wear a pad. A new one.
Don't sweat it =] As long as you act confortable and don't put too much stress on yourself you'll be fine.
And. Tell your teacher. That helps ;]

Yes go. I know how you feel. I did the same thing for my ballet classes. I just hope that you can use a tampon because it's better when you're moving a lot. ;)

OK no i don't think you should go. First it will be uncomfortable because you are probably using a pad and second you have cramps don't worry about it don't go
