I heard it does. I heard this is one time where the woman goes through even worse pain than any guy who's gotten it where it hurts and rolled around on the floor in pain.

Is this true?

Is this especially true when the woman gives birth to a baby that weights at least 9 pounds?

First, I think it hurts a man's ego to get kicked in the nuts, whether physically or figuratively, like some girl he likes really tells him off and to get lost. That's a kick in the balls, too. Physically, obviously the scrotal sac and the contents of them, the testicles, are the most unprotected and sensitive part of a man's body. What's more, there is a major nerve that joins the scrotum with the pelvic area. This is the pelvic-scrotal floor nerve and it is very sensitive to any kicks or blows in the low stomach or in the scrotal area. it is a nerve easily and often damaged during hernia surgeries, as well. So don't laugh, the pain can be so intense that strong men can become weak and some lesser men can actually feint.

lol.. all I remember is the contractions.. they were hell.. then the epidural brought me 12 hours of bliss... then in the last two hours it wore out.. so they turned up the amount and gave me all these other drugs.. and by that stage, I hadnt eaten or slept for 24 hours, and had so much adrenaline thru me I was numb and didnt really feel the pain of my baby getting pushed out lol. Also i think the epidural numbed everything down there a bit too. My baby was 7 pounds 10.

I am a female so I can't be sure, but I would hazard a guess that it is!!!

Oh my goodness, during a contraction it felt as if my stomach would harden like a rock. Then it felt like someone squeezed tight bands over the outside of the rock hard tummy. And then someone else (real strong) hit the rock hard stomach with a sledge hammer multiple times. Then there was the pressure. So much pressure. Endless, nauseating, excruciating pressure.

I think it would hurt less to have a migraine, stub every toe on both feet, and slam all fingers on both hands in car doors.

And yet, I will do it again. I had an epidural but it did not work for me. :(

There's a joke about this on the last episode of Friends. Chandler says that no one will ever go through both. No one will ever give birth AND get kicked in the balls, so the world will never know.

If I had to guess, I would say natural childbirth is worse, but you have lots of time to prepare for it. I assume that you're caught off guard when being kicked in the nads and therefore you don't have time to do any relaxation techniques. Plus, men are wimps. My money is on childbirth being far more painful, but we'll never know.

Yes, because the pain of labor can last days. If you equate it to a man getting kicked in the balls every 3 minutes for hours and hours... then I might say they were the same. But, I am not a guy so I dont know how it feels to be kicked in the balls.

Wouldn't know. Never had balls to get kicked in them.
Had an 8lb baby and a 9lb baby. The joy out weighs the memory of any pain.
Can't say heard of any joy coming out of getting kicked in the nards.

Well, a woman giving birth will never get kicked in the balls with high heels, and a man getting kicked in the balls with high heels will never give birth, so you'll have a lot of trouble finding anyone who can confirm this 100% won't you?

I can say that giving birth is very very very painful. I once heard the boys' health teacher say that a guy should imagine pooping out a pumpkin. That's how it feels.

OHHH YEA! I have kicked my man in the sack a few times (we just started dating then), and I remember him stating after our son was born that he was sooo glad he had a penis! LOL that sounded so funny coming from him, but its true women go through so much during labor and child birth that no man (but God), knows how it feels.
