There is a difference between knowing and recognising someone. And there would have to be a million "Jack" by reason that it is a common name but also a nick for John. And finally there are likely millions of possibilities for teh meaning of the "B".
One can assume for example, you mean Jack Black the actor... I don't know who Jack B is... but there is at least one I would prolly enjoy meeting. :)
Perhaps you mean Jack B. a couple up from me who claims to be 46y male from Dublin Ireland with blue eyes and Caucasian?
