Do you know how many times I have asked a question and gotten an answer that was so thoroughly wrong, that the person clearly did not comprehend what I was asking at all? For example: I asked the name of a song in the movie "Roll Bounce." One bimbo answered that the song was in the movie "Roll Bounce," and said that she knew this because "pretty people just know." (Or maybe because dumb people just repeat the question rather than give an answer.)
Another question I asked regarded how to condition very dry hair, and another bimbo started her answer with "I am not an idiot," then proved this statement untrue by describing how to straighten hair. I WISH I could have voted them both worst answer, then enrolled them in reading comprehension courses.

It's actually a great idea. If you had a system where the person who gave worst answer actually LOST points, Y!A would be able to partially police itself instead of having to rely so heavily on phantom violations. I know I would have a blast with it.
