Based on how she looks on that picture, I think she's pretty. .
Not that pretty but she has a certain appeal.
But according to you, she's annoying. I also consider attitude when judging if a person is beautiful or not. If she isn't nice and very conceited she would be the most ugly person that I've ever seen!

She looks like her features are great. Her skin looks cracked and pimply. She could use some foundation to even her skin and a bit brighter make-up. I wonder what her wardrobe looks like. But I have a question. How'd you get HER picture? Is that really you and you're trying to see if you are pretty???

I wouldn't say she is butt ugly or anything, but she is not the prettiest little kid either. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

She's pretty but not hot. Hot is something that you shouldn't date cuz they are usually prissy and stuck up. I'd date her if I was a guy.
