I just want to know which liscences I need to obtain, how to trademark our brand name, if we need to create a corporation, and etc.

First thing to do is set up a meeting with the Small Business Development Center ... do a Google search to find the office nearest you.
As for licenses, you can find this info on your state's official website ... click on the BUSINESS link.

in my 38 yrs of advising on this topic, I have
changed my approach with my clients.
do you have the layouts? a seamstress?
start VERY small and sell the end
product--even on the web.
when you have earned $25,000, then
set up a brick and morter site and
get a biz license.
and do a biz plan immediately
forget the license for now.
