The number goes up to 20, but the ones that were actually shown were:
Androids 16, 19 (the only true androids)
Androids 17, 18, 19 (actually cyborgs since a human was used as the template and was just mechanically enhanced)
Android 13 was shown in a non-canon movie, and Eighter/Mechanical Man Number 8/ Android 8 was shown in one scene when Goku was creating a spirit bomb (Eighter first showed up in Dragonball)

For the love of God how many times do they need to state in the show that Android 18 is a HUMAN? Originally, that is. Later Gero artificially enhanced her to become a powerful Cyborg, of course the name Android 18 is misleading. That's why they call her C18 (in other languages, usually). That's why they murdered him, and quiet probably had the whole Android 16 fiasco to begin with. As for how come she's still mostly biological with all the cybernetic enhancements? ANIME LOGIC. Done.
